Rub a Dub Dub!
There are a lot of bone dust dry rub recipes out there. This is one was passed on to me from a friend a long time ago in Prince George, BC. It is a staple rub for BBQ season and works on any type of meat. I love it on pork chops! If you like a great tasting dry rub, this one is worth a try it just might become your favourite. Makes a big batch so you can store it in a jar and it’s ready for the next grill night.
