Baked casserole, a perfect dinner dish Chicken, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes, what's not to like? Casseroles were a weekly thing when I was growing up. I was 1 of 3 kids in a family of 5, and casseroles were just an easy way to feed us all. I didn't always like the casseroles that were served, but I have come to appreciate their versatility, and have come to enjoy the variety of flavours and ingredients in them.

Baked Brie
Baked Brie for boardgames night or just hanging out by yourself I love brie cheese, I love it even more when it's baked and has yummy stuff on it like sundried tomatoes or pesto or bacon or mushrooms. When I feel like brie and don't have company coming, I'll bake up half a wheel just for myself. Lucky for me friends left a half wheel of brie behind this past weekend and I made up this yummy appetizer just for myself.
