Remove the processed carbs and you get a wonderful food experience back again. This along with the egg roll in a bowl makes a great dinner combination. All that's missing is the fortune cookie. Rub a Dub Dub! There are a lot of bone dust dry rub recipes out there. This is one was passed onto me from a friend a long time ago in Prince George, BC. It is a staple rub for BBQ season and works on any type of meat. I love it on pork chops! If you like a great tasting dry rub, this one is worth a try it just might become your favourite. Makes a big batch so you can store it in a jar and it's ready for the next grill night.
