Thai Garlic Dressing

THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
  • squeeze of lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Makes 3/4 cups (5 servings)

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender (or food processor) until smooth.
  2. You can use this right away or store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Great on kale salads! This one is for garlic lovers, you can reduce the garlic if you prefer a less garlicky dressing. The lemongrass paste gives this a great flavour!
