INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
- squeeze of lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Makes 3/4 cups (5 servings)
- Mix all ingredients in a blender (or food processor) until smooth.
- You can use this right away or store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Great on kale salads! This one is for garlic lovers, you can reduce the garlic if you prefer a less garlicky dressing. The lemongrass paste gives this a great flavour!
