INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil – melted
- 6 tbsp shredded cocnut – chopped fine
- 1 tbsp Keto sweetener
- 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
TOPPING
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut – ground
- 1 tsp Keto sweetener
DIRECTIONS
Makes: 12 servings
- Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Add the Baileys and coconut oil and stir to combine.
- Divide the dough in to 12 portions and roll in to balls.
- Place the balls in the topping and ensure they are completely coated.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
