Holiday Treats – Baileys Balls

THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

DOUGH

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil – melted
  • 6 tbsp shredded cocnut – chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp Keto sweetener
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream

TOPPING

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut – ground
  • 1 tsp Keto sweetener

DIRECTIONS

Makes: 12 servings

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Add the Baileys and coconut oil and stir to combine.
  3. Divide the dough in to 12 portions and roll in to balls.
  4. Place the balls in the topping and ensure they are completely coated.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Holiday Baileys Balls

The holiday season is here and our keto kitchens are baking up a storm. This week I made a variation on the Rum Balls that are always a hit for the holidays. They are incredibly tasty and fit well in the Keto eating plan.
