
THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Rum
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
- 4 oz club soda
- slice of lime
- ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Yield: 1 cocktail
- Place mint leaves and ice in glass. Crush the mint leaves with the end of a wooden spoon and the ice.
- Add in the sweetener.
- Pour in the Rum and club soda.
- Garnish with lime.
- Stir and enjoy!

Hot weather is here, time for a refreshing cocktail
Hot summer days call for cool refreshing beverages. The Mojito is a classic low-carb cocktail that I tried while on vacation in Cuba. Had to have the Cuba experience the Hemingway. A bit on the sweet side it is a great go-to beverage in the heat.
